Spare Change will gladly replace any damaged jewelry. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Ordering and Processing
Orders are processed immediately and are shipped in the order they are received. Please allow 5 business days for delivery. Spare Change accepts orders by phone, fax or e-mail. If your order is urgent, please inform your rep and we'll do our best to rush the order.
Shipping and method of payment
All orders are shipped C.O.D. To avoid C.O.D. charges we do accept Visa or MasterCard as form of payment. All first time orders shipped C.O.D. must be paid via cashier's check or by credit card. All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
